Eligibility for Returns

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
• Returns must be requested within 15 days of delivery.
• Customized or personalized items are non-returnable unless defective.

How to Return

• Contact our support at support@smileyscape.com to request a return.
• Provide your order number and reason for return.
• Ship the product back to our return address (provided by support).

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
